Personal Training Weight loss Alexandria Virginia?

I am moving form LA to Alexandria VA, I am looking for a Personal training & wellness center. I hate big gyms. I want to lose 30-35 lbs. I check out www.myur.net (Ultimate Results). They seem like to be nice place to try.
What do you think about ultiamte results?

I, too, came across Ultimate Results Personal Training and Wellness Center after doing an online search for personal training in the Alexandria area. I called them and was very surprised, and impressed, to hear that I would have to be accepted to their weight loss program. Of course, this piqued my interest even more. After visiting the Ultimate Results Center I realized this was the place for me. They had a knowledgeable and friendly staff, not to mention a beautiful facility. The presentation of their weight loss program was not sugar coated in any way. I was told that I was going to have to work hard, both in my sessions with my trainer and most importantly, on my lifestyle. They told me that they only accepted individuals that were ready to make a commitment to change their lives. They have everything you need under one roof to get you fit and healthy such as: a registered dietitian, holistic counselor, certified trainers, a massage therapist, a cardio coach and more. I had visited several other training facilities in the area, before going to Ultimate Results, and came out unimpressed by these facilities, which will remain unnamed. They did not have all the services I needed to help me achieve my goal and were not nearly as nice as the Ultimate Results facility. I’ve been a client now for a few months now and I am extremely happy with the results I’ve gotten to date, lost 25lbs and many inches and have been provided great service every step of the way. My trainer, Chad, is awesome and I tell everyone that will hear me about him. I would have never been able to do this without him. Great facility, great people!
