Can anyone recommend a wellness/body-mind-spirit retreat in the US?

I’m looking for a place to stay between 7 to 12 days this summer. I need to detox, eat healthy foods, do some yoga, maybe swim and hike. I found one place that sounds perfect, except it will cost about $3000. I’d like to spend less, but if I can’t find a better place I might have to settle for $3000.
I live in Texas, if that makes a difference.

If you’re 15-36, this program is for 14 days (although am fairly sure that you could pare it to 12), is in a beautiful unspoiled part of Montana. The catch is: you put in 8 hours of community service for 7 days, renovating some parts of a main building, fire pit, and/or meditation garden, on a river site (“River Retreat”). However, the on-site cost fee is $100. for seven days, which includes delicious organic food, a modest room, and the freedom to hike when not working the 8 hours (you ought confirm the 8 hours/day work schedule, imo). Then, there are three or four different options in the second, work-free week, including a spiritual week, or a Teen Retreat week, or an education week (choose one, or, if you are so inclined, maybe attend events in the morning, then go hiking etc. on your own?). Each of these “work free” weeks has its own cost, e.g. the education week is an additional $325, a week of “Teen Retreat” which costs $160 and has more activities. Btw, the education week is excellent, and there is not a whole lot of homework, so hikes in the summer evening are good.

One point about the work week: work is healthy, it is not overdone, and would be a detox experience in itself
