Wellness Incentive Ideas
Seems like a good idea to me, what do you think? Job wellness plans favored in Congress- diet/exercise credits?

I personally think that this is a pretty good idea if they don’t go psycho on it. The best medicine is preventative medicine. I have weight I would like to lose, and am trying. It would be awesome of my employer could benefit, and in turn possibly give me an incentive, for making healthier choices. I don’t know anyone that is overweight that doesn’t wish they were in better shape. Maybe if companies would get tax credits for their employees to have a healthier lifestyle they would would allot the employees some time for exercise during their day… it would be better for everyone. Most people don’t exercise and eat better because it is too expensive or they don’t have time.
preventing anything, fires, floods, illness, is always cheaper than trying to fix the damages
