Wellness Dog Food Ingredients

What do you think of the dog food brand Wellness?

I have a 2 yr old chihuahua whom I’ve been feeding the grocery store brands cheapest food, little did I know about the war on dog foods. I found out I’ve been feeding my baby garbage which included, corn, wheat, gluten, by products, meat and bone meal, preservatives and other disgusting undigestible ingredients. I’ve done my research and I went out and bought a 6lb bag of Wellness complete health, I’d like to know you’re experiences with it and opinions. Please only answer if you’re dog has tried this specific dog food brand. Thanx in advance<3

Excellent food. My foster uses this food with her dogs and fosters dogs and pups too. They seem to adjust to the food quickly and over all health and coats improve. It is a good quality food and your Chihuahua will receive a lot of needed nutrition now. Careful on the feeding though. Ironically, once you switch to a good food, they tend to gain weight because their bodies absorb the nutrition. My little Pomeranian was switched to Innova Evo and it recommended to feed her 3/4 of a cup per day and I thought that was way too little.

Her coat improved and was shiny, her energy went up and she gained weight lol. I had to give her the recommended amount after all. You will be very happy with the switch in the end, so will your dog.
