Well my puppy was switched from Purina Puppy [yuck] to Wellness Puppy. She will turn 1 year old soon and I was hoping to stick to Wellness [Adult]
What are your opinions about Wellness Core’s ingredients compared to Wellness Adult’s ingredients ?

They are both great, BUT Wellness CORE has a very high protein content, which is really too high unless you have a need for a high performance dog food – such as you have a working or really active dog.
Regular dogs just need a moderate amount of protein, so unless your dog is really working/running a lot, I would go with regular Wellness.
Added: Idealy, a regular pet dog should be getting between 20-28% protein. Above that would be considered high performance for working dogs, lactating or pregnant dogs, etc.
