To the folks in Canada, do we in the US need a gov health program like you have?
Is it good? Is it free? How long do you have to wait to see a doctor?
Please let us know.
All people should have access to good health care regardless of where they live in the world. I believe it should be a right to have it regardless of financial status. Why should a child who is very ill be obliged to have parents that are rich enough to afford it. It is not an issue of money, its an issue of morality.
Every person who dies because money comes first, destroys another piece of our humanity.
