United Health Care Choice Plus Ppo
How do I find and see a psychiatrist with United Health Care Choice Plus?
I think the plan is PPO, so does that mean that I do not have to go to my Primary Care Physician to get a referral? I’ve been searching on MyUHC.com but can find noting about psychiatrists.
PPO’s don’t require referrals. Call them and ask who is contracted. There should be a phone number on the back of your card. Or you can call some psychiatrists and ask if they are contracted with your insurance company.
