The Health Hazards Of Energy Drinks

Will drinking a ’5 Hour Energy Drink’ be bad for me?
I’m a Junior in college, and I hate energy drinks. I’ve only tasted a few, but never drank one in its entirety. But, I have one problem: This coming week is Finals week. That means lots of studying, lots of reading, and lots of cramming. I’ve never done bad on Final Exams and I always pull through, but I hate it when I get sleepy and take a nap while studying, then I wake up hours later upset over how much time I had just wasted. I usually only get 3-4 hours of sleep each day during Finals Week. I would get more if I had some energy to finish early. Would drinking a 5 hour energy once a night this week do any harm to me? This is the only time I’m considering using an energy drink, especially since a lot of these classes are upper level and some deal with some medical topics. Should I get four little bottles for this week, or is it a hazard to my health?
My son 22yrs old got addicted to the stuff and it began to make him sick.
Stick to coffee. Hope you payed attention in your classes, if so you’ll do fine.
