Need help loosing unwanted fat?
I’m 17 i play football in texas which is quite intense with the heat and the long hours of practice 5 days a week (games are on the 6th day and we get one day off which I usually spend at the gym). I’ve always been somewhat over weight but over the past few years I have been slimming down and shaping up and now i have a fairly shaped and toned body but the only thing that i have never been able to get rid of are my “man boobs” i have tried everything i could but i can never get rid of them, im quite strong for my age and bench press is one of the lifts i stand out in the most, i have good eating habits occasionally ill go out for lunch to fast food but thats very rarely and i dont eat much candy or drink sodas and my parents are health nuts as well and they only cook health food, i have no idea why i cant seem to get rid of my “man boobs” and i would really like to before i take my senior trip to the beach over spring break does anyone have any suggestions?
bench press inclined and declined. IT WILL WORK
If you bench normaly meaning at a 180 degree angle your only working your middle two pegs but if you incline or decline your muscle stretches and you get full pegs
