Public Health History Timeline

Good books on American Reformation from 1607-1900?
Ok my class is suppose to make this huge thematic timeline project for our AP US History class, and our group’s theme will be American Reformations from 1607-1900. Basically different movements on important issues like education, labor, temperance, women’s rights, anti-war, public health, utopian communitites, and anti-slavery movements. And then we have to go into the political, economic, and social effects of these various movements. This is all for a high school AP US History class. Does anybody have any good suggestions on books for this theme?
I’m sorry, I should have gone into further detail. By “reformation” I don’t mean the 16th century movement that called for the reform of Roman Catholic Church. I meant significant reforming of institutions or practices that America has gone through throughout 1607-1900.
Luther’s small Cathecism, Martin Luther’s small Cathecism has influenced many people around the world. for many centuries now, it was an influence then as it is now. yes, religion, shaped and molded America, as it still does, even with the opposition of religion in American culture, it is still a prime influence, in industry and labor and economic and of course social issues. but probably before the dates you have specified, sorry
