patient health questionnaire (phq-9)?
hey guys. just wondering if anyone who has filled this in or is within the profession could help me out here
this is gonna sound real dumb but im not thinking straight anyways and its confusing me
erm the box that says ‘more than half the days’
does this mean like, half an actual day, or half of the total amount to the past 2 weeks?
because i have been feeling rubbish every single day
but the following box says ‘nearly every day’
i need it to be every day? agh
just be honest… when it says more than half the days, i guess it means more than half the time, whether this is short times that add up, or a long time.
if it says nearly everyday, and there isn’t an option for every day, then tick that one, and at the end, where there is usually a box to say, any comments, write that there should be a box for every day, because that is how you feel.
either way, don’t stress too much about it, just fill in as much as you can… and don’t stress over it.
