Oxford Health Insurance New York
Pls answer if you have oxford health, live in ny and step children!?
Hey everyone. I live in NEW YORK CITY and have oxford health as my insurance. I may add my husband to my plan, and if i choose a family plan i can add children. I have no children, but I have a step daughter, his daughter. We all have the same last name, and he filed her taxes under our address last year. Can I add her to a family plan? My hubby and his ex have no court ordered custody agreement, but he pays child support, they basically have no problem. If the case is that she has to live with us, is a copy of taxes enough?
I don’t meet your requiremets – but seems like no-one else does here either. Surely you can just phone your insurance company and ask this qustion – that’s what they’re there for!
