I didn’t get any pleasure during sex (intercourse).. is something wrong with me?

Please help. I am not a mom.. I asked in the womens health and received no responses. I figure a mom would have experience and could maybe help?
I am not sure if I am doing something wrong here. I am 22 years old and have had intercourse a couple of times, I didn’t really enjoy it. Granted it didnt hurt me, but it definitely didnt feel great or even good. The only thing I enjoyed, and a lot, was the masturbating and oral sex. What could be wrong? I was so ready, beyond ready actually, and once he was inside it doesnt feel like I thought.

“charm off vacation” thanks for your mature response. I really don’t care what you think. I wanted some advice, you couldn’t show some maturity and ignore the question, like I asked, if all you had was something rude to add. If anything you are the one trolling.

Sex is not strictly about intercourse. Many women don’t actually “enjoy” the act, but the pleasure from the fore play is great! You are not abnormal. My advice is to focus on the good parts and not worry so much about the rest. Having said that, you may find it more pleasurable if you really try to get into it when he’s inside you. Move, make noise, etc. It sounds odd but by participating more you might find it turns you on more! Also, many women don’t really get as aroused at such a young age. You may find that over time your body changes and matures, and hormones kick in that make it feel better – so don’t give up hope! And if you don’t have an orgasm during intercourse it’s OK – help him get you there orally or try using some toys. And remember – sex is very emotional, so when you find that “right” partner that you can connect with mind, body and soul, you will probably find it to be an AWESOME experience!
