how much will yaz cost me with a copay with navitus?
i am currently under the navitus health solutions plan for prescriptions. i’m wondering how much the copay for yaz is going to be
It will depend on the formulary used by Navitus. Some have a tier plan where it will be set up something like this: Tier 1 is your generics which is the cheapest, Tier 2 your brand name drugs which may be more expensive with a copay of like $25 (just using this as an example), Tier 3 is the medications that are those that are in need of prior approval or what is called pre-authorization.
One place you can check is with your local pharmacy by having them run the prescription without filling it so that you can get an idea on cost. I do this from time to time with my prescriptions.
