My Health Juicer
With a juicer, why don’t you want to drink the fiber/pulp that is separted?
I’ve been reading about the act of juicing and notice that one of the main points of it is to separate the fiber/pulp from the actual juice that is being squeezed out of the fruit or vegetable. My question is why?
A lot of health nuts are always advocating fiber in the diet. I don’t get it.
i don’t think there is anything wrong with consuming the pulp. In fact, I prefer it in my OJ. However, for other drinks, the pulp may be too bitter. You are making juice and you’d like it to be smooth. It’s all in preference…I think.
