Where can I find a website that offers a patient friendly test specifically to diagnosis symptoms?

free test/questionaire/quiz assessment towards diagnosis health conditions etc. based on an informational database.
(Websites which have a free user friendly patient qustionaire that asks specific health questions, and formualate different answers based on the way you answer the specific questions)
I’ve already seen my doctor, and I’m looking for additional resources to help myself, as well as my doctor.
Doctors unfortunatley are too busy to be as thorough, as it sometimes is necessary to asess your health concerns based on
relevant information you rarely have time to share with your physician.

It’s important to force your dr to take the time to sit down with you and discuss the things that you are concerned about. Make a list of things you want to talk about. You are paying for that service, would you keep a maid service around that only did half of their job, or a mechanic that made you put your car back together? It could be harmful to your potential medical conditions if you attempt to diagnose yourself.
My dr is always busy, and I can tell this, but I make him take the time to address all of my concerns and discuss everything with me in detail and explain all of the tests and what’s going on with them.
