University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign/Michigan/Wisconsin, getting in?

Do I have a fair shot or barely a shot at these schools?
GPA:
3.55 UW, 4.11 W
SAT:
1930
ACT:
29
Extracurriculars:
-40 hours of volunteering at local youth center, trying to rack up at least 100. I go there once or twice a week.
-President of my school’s gay-straight alliance since last year
-In Solstice (literary/art publication) since Freshman year. I hope to hold a leadership role next year, but I don’t know if I will.
-In an after school male choir group called acafellas.
Miscellaneous:
I write music and play guitar and sing (I know this doesn’t really count at all)

By the way something that reflects poorly on me is the fact that I got a D in drivers ed, a B in Health and a B in consumer economics because I was bogged down by other hard classes. I guess it makes my GPA all the more impressive though? Not really haha.
By the way, I’ve taken 3 AP/Honors per year in English, History, and Science, and I got a 5 on the AP Euro exam.

U of I you have a good chance of getting into. The average acceptance for people at my school is 4.1 gpa and 30 act. YOu are in a good number of clubs, so you have a good chance there. Unless you live in michigan, with a 4.1 it will be hard to get into, michigan wants a 4.4 student 30 act but they look in michigan first.. remember its like the number 4 public school. Wisconsin, is like U of I, lower Gpa.. however, wisconsin is the popular public school at the moment, so that may be the only downside..
