Mental Health Vocabulary

Please help! Mental health/alertness diet tips???!?
Hi all,
Thanks for reading..here’s my problem..
I just moved to the otherside of the world(literally- Australia to Hungary) and thus into a totally different culture/diet/daily challenges/concerns etc etc etc.
I am really becoming aware now that, mentally, I am having problems concentrating and retaining information here.. even recalling things… and I’m only 22yrs old!
It’s getting to the point that I am feeling incredibly dumb here at times..even though back home I know I can argue and communicate with the best of them,… but.. here I can’t…
Especially on a busy day, i just feel my brain locks down at times.. and if I’m conversing and needing to emphasise something.. my vocabulary and memory/concentration die on me when i need them most..
To help, I have just started taking Super Brahmi Ginko tablets, and increasing veges, water.. but have you any advice? even obvious(remember my dumbness)?

It sounds like you’re tired. I had the same symptoms when I had a newborn and wasn’t sleeping much. Are you getting enough sleep?
I would suggest getting some exercise, like a walk, every day, drinking water, and eating less red meat. I have found, anecdotally, that it I have red meat I get more tired than if I have chicken, fish, or vegetarian meals. I believe it takes more energy to digest red meat, but I could be wrong.
Caffiene might help briefly but in the long term will make things worse, so don’t get a coffee addiction.
