Mental Health Quiz Test

Is there something wrong with my mind? i forgot a specific subject in an instant and i am concerned.?

Today in class we where given a pop quiz for poli sci and we had to give the answers verbally, im a visual type of person, and i got a quick stress because i was so worried about the quiz that when i cooled down and relaxed to ease myself i couldn’t remember anything that i had learned in poli sci in an instant that i did know. The test was taken as a whole class so i didn’t have to answer luckily because it was as if my mind was erased.

Did it have to deal with the stress and its just usual to instantly forget or am i experiencing mental health problems? And if so what could it be that i have?

Some info on me i am 18, male, and sorta still have major depression disorder and severe depression but i am recovering on 20mg on lexapro, hopefully that helps

PS i have had this happen to me before i went on meds but now i just feel like there might be something wrong with me and i want to know if i am ok or not? thnx

Don’t worry! We all have these mental lapses at times whether on medication or not. Actors have this on stage, they call it corpsing (I don’t know how to spell it) Because you are depressed you are worrying about it. If you weren’t you wouldn’t give it another thought (pardon the pun).That’s right have a laugh. I hope you will soon be off medication! Chin up and God bless!
