Mental Health Helplines

Can you refuse emergency treatment off a helpline if they do it without your permission?
Lets say you’re using one of those confidential helplines (NHS Refocus, Childline, mental health teams, etc) claiming to be suicidal and they go behind your back and call the police and/or an ambulance on you against your wishes, can you refuse it? Or do they slap you with a section 136?
The police and ambulance have a duty of care over you. If they think you are a risk to yourself and you are not of sound mind you can be sectioned for your own safety.
