What does “contract / interim new business vertical market recruitment experience” mean in a job advert?
The job is for a recruitment consultant within the health care industry – a job I’ve done for years, but I’m stumped as to what they’re trying to get at here!!
It could mean that:
a) they want someone with a head for heights;
b) they want someone with experience of ladders; or
c) the job doesn’t require experience with ‘casting couch’ recruitment techniques
