Regarding Health Care:
“Where in the Constitution does Congress get the authority for an individual health insurance mandate?” CNSNews.com asked Feinstein.
“Well, I would assume it would be in the Commerce Clause of the Constitution. That’s how Congress legislates all kinds of various programs,” said Feinstein.
And yet California cannot sell a bottle of wine outside a Unionized beverage distributor in New York. Shouldn’t she support her own state’s Commerce more?

Thanks Joe. Gay marriage is a certificate sold by couties and states. Shouldn’t that product be transferrable? That sounds more like commerce to me.
