Why would you want a water test?

I run a telemarketing and advertisment department for a water treatment company. For the 1st time in 5 years my marketing department is haveing trouble setting up these appointments. It seems as though they are working as hard, but can not set any appointments. If you were the person on the other line what would convince you we should come to your home for a free water test? This is what we do when we come to your home. First, we test the water, two we complete a survey that shows you how water affects your home & health. Finally we give you a estimate on a whole house water treatment system. Should I be looking for another job, because if my department can’t set leads then were worthless. Last of all-My departments has been suscessfull for 6 years. What has changed out there on the other line of the phone?

With the availability of water purifiers in every chain store, bottled water, even delivered, people are no longer concerned about what might or might not be in our water.

There would have to be a concern if it had an issue concerning us bathing or cleaning or even breathing any of it (steam). Or if it revealed plumbing issues needing to be addressed. Otherwise it is of the past. I would think it would be of most use to those of us who remodel, live in historic houses, etc.

It could also make a difference if your product was more cost effective than choices, more environmentally safe, or if the competition did not do what we believe it really does completely.
