Should i quit or should i stay?

I moved from my hometown in pa to blairstown nj. that’s not the bad part. I went to work for a company in the home health care feild, but my aunt was the one who hired me ( i also live with her) after a while, i learned that you should NEVER work with family. i couldn’t stand her being there but i pretended not to mind. then, she got into a argument with her boss and ended up quitting recently, no i got a promotion, and hired someone else to fill in my place. but my aunt wants me to quit working here, and my boss wants me to stay. now i would probably quit if there were other jobs to apply for in the area (because i don’t have a license) but there’s nothing. what should i do? should I quit and make my annoying aunt happy, or should i stay and earn a living, even though i don’t get paid nearly enough?
