How late is too late to have children?

I know that women are having children later and later but what is the real risk with having children later in life?
Does health have something to do with it? Is it ok for a 35 yr health women to have kids but not ok for an obese/unhealthy 35 yr old woman to have kids. Or does health not matter and 35 is just too old no matter what.
Is 35 too old at all? Is 30 too old? Is 40 too old?
What about ethnicity? Do women of certain races do better with older age pregnancies than others?
Where are some websites where I can find the truth.
And how is it even determined when you’re too old? Can you do tests, such as estrogen tests or who knows what else to tell if your body is still ok to have kids?

Here’s how it works. A female is born with all the eggs her body will ever produce. As she ages, those eggs are constantly declining in quality, and by the age of 35, the quantity and quality of eggs has noticeably decreased, which decreases the odds of conceiving and increases the odds of birth defects. After the age of 40, the odds of birth defects increase even more. That is not to say that women over 35 (or even 40) cannot or should not have children — only that their risk of having a child with birth defects is higher. Whether a woman chooses to accept those risks is entirely up to her, her partner, and her doctor.

Ethnicity is not a major factor.
