What are some videos or cds to motivate, inspire, uplift and create a sense of well-being?

A lady I know is always (age-early 30′s) down, unhappy, never smiles, sad, single mom (previous abusive relationship), 3 small children, has health problems (severe asthma) and struggles financially (lives in 2-rm apt), emotionally impaired at this point, & psychologically distraught. I take her & the kids to church when she will go; her family tries to support her all they can; I loan my vehicle to her or give her a ride when needed, etc. She is really a good, good person and trys very hard to do the best she can. She’s had to move 12 x in 8 years; oldest child is 8 and youngest is 6 mos w/no clothes for baby & washes out liners for bottles! What tapes, videos, or cds can I get for her to motivate, inspire, uplift, and help this woman in hopes that she will find a way to heal? Or anything that I can do or say to help? Thank you.
