Is this UNhealthy? Or healthy?

So for lunch all I eat is an activia yogurt, vegetable chips (I’m sort of a health freak…. SOMETIMES LOL I WANT SOME SONIC NOWWWW… yay for fattys ) anddd a water, and sometimes I eat a fruit cereal bar…

Is that too little ? I guess it is it pretty healthy tho… The yogurt is ._. lol. I pack a LOT though… Like I usually pack a fruit, a granola bar from nature valley, and peanut butter crackers.. I used to pack a sandwich but I NEVER eat it so yeah.. I stopped packing it. I’m thinking about getting a different type of sandwich. But I don’t knowww! Am I EATING TOO MUCH OR LITTLE!?

Btw I’m 13. And I sometimes eat breakfast… I’m new to This school so I get queasy in the mornings -.-

veggie chips are often deep fried like potato chips so not healthy. Yogurt isn’t healthy really, its full of sugar and mostly empty calories in non complex carbs. Cereal bars are high in sugar too, some are high in fat. you don’t have enough protein so you are talking in a lot of calories and not getting much nutrition for it.
