How Soon can You Tell???

So my hubby and i have tried for a baby this month our last baby. I have to do pregnancy tests every 2-3 days because of the seizure meds i’m on, there is a high risk of spina bifida to the baby if i take it while pregnant. My cycle is usually 28-32 days how long reasonable should i wait to test, testing every 2-3 days is becoming boring. I have done 5 tests so far, 3 of which were first response and 2 were health canada licensed dollar store tests, now the first test was negative even now i’m a packrat there is no evap line or nothing, the second has a faint positive but the faint positive never showed up right away. Then i did a dollar store test this Monday and negative no evap line and i did one on Wednesday with a faint positive line then i did a first response one today and negative. Is it possible that because i am not doing all of these tests in the am its coming back negative? And how many dpo can you tell if you are pregnant. I would go see my doc but hes on vacation.

It takes a while for the baby to produce enough HGC to be detected by a pregnancy test. I usually get two weeks worth of negatives before my first positive.
