in state of ohio working for pizza place who is responsible to cover your shift?
I got injured from work, pulled a lumbar spine from my back, thought i was able to come back to work and here, i can’t till I see the Employee’s Health Source. My general manager says it’s my responsible to have someone to cover my shift, so is that true? Really it’s should be the general manager since he pays more and he has all the listing phone number to contact all the drivers, I don’t have any of the drivers number. Please help me out thanks!
Your employer is free to make rules like this. The worst it can do is fire you, which it can do anyway, even if you don’t find someone to cover your shift.
