Health Issues In Haiti
Opinions on Haiti needed please answer!?
Do you think America should be helping people in Haiti instead of people in their own country? Have people forgotten about New Orleans? How about the troops that are, and have been coming from Iraq? How about health care issues? The homeless? Is protecting American interests more important right now?
If America didn’t keep up good rapport with other countries, it would no doubt slowly be seen as a hostile or misotramontanistic (hating foreigners) nation. Not to understate their noble efforts, I’m merely pointing out one POSSIBLE reason for their desire to help the Haitians. It’s more likely, however, that they simply respond as any human being would, with a desire to help the dying and the sick.
