Health Insurance Texas Aetna
which health insurance company is the best?
I currently have Aetna with 70/30 coinsurance and a $2500 deductible. I am very unhappy with the care I have had lately with them so I am looking to move. I am a healthy 22 year old male at 185 pounds and 6’2″ but take Propanolol daily for a rapid heartbeat. I live in Texas and my choices are Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, United, and Cigna. Does anyone have any experience having an individual plan with these companies?
Health insurance companies do not give health care so I’m not sure about your statement about being “unhappy with the care”.
Contact a local agent for assistance. It’s possible that none of the other companies will even accept you. In my state you’d likely be declined with Humana, United and Cigna. BCBS would place a waiver on your condition and medication.
