Health Hazards Of Black Mold

I need to find out how to get out of my lease. Its becoming a health hazard?

Its problem after problem we resigned to a new apartment same place though and we have been here a few months
The toilet keeps leaking and they have replaced it
Now there is mushrooms and black mold growing behind my toilet
I have a toddler and it is not safe for him
Also we have to have an exterminator come every month because of roaches
I keep my apartment very clean and they keep coming
there are so many other problems too

I am a realtor in Arizona and there is a Landlord Tenant law for Arizona that all Landlords must legally abide by. Also, homes with mold are considered hazardous. I suggest you do a search for Landlord Tenn ant Rights in your state. I also suggest you send your landlord a certified letter stating the condition. This will most likely scare the heck out of him and make him jump into action. Mold comes from moisture, so if you can crack a window or turn on the air vents it may help.
