Bought a book through mens health, can I keep it?
I bought a nutrition book through Men’s Health. I haven’t payed for it yet, and all they have is my ship to address or my billing address. They do not have any credit card or account information. It’s a 21 day trial offer and if I don’t want it, I send it back. But I want it and don’t want to pay the $65 they want for it. I am wondering, if I kept the book for life, how could I get penalized. They can’t take money from me, because they don’t have my credit card or bank account info. All they have is a billing address. I could easily say a friend jokingly ordered the book for me…. can I keep the book “technically” without worries of them penalizing me?
This is not about stealing, its about.. I don’t understand how they can get money from me, with nothing but an address…
Take the book to a fedex kinkos or staples and photocopy all the pages, pay a couple bucks and return the book.
There you go, instant copy, although it wont be as pretty or as well put together. But thats not worth 60$
