what can I take for sore joints natural supplements?

it feels like my knees and fingers need some “oiling”. Just a little back ground on me. Mid 20′s. Male, Doesnt smoke or drink. Pretty decent health, diet and exercise regiment.

So about the joints. Something cheap…i’m not looking to sell the farm or anything. Just something cheap I can take for joint stiffness. That is a common drug store item. No wild goose chases. I heard fish oil is really good? But that’s why I’m asking you guys..
