Where can I get a healthy eating plan?

After a 6 month absence from training due to ill health I piled on a lot of fat on my stomach, love handels and chest. Im better now and have been training daily for 3 weeks, at home and in the park doing a mix of cardio & resistance. I’ve increased my protein & have decreased the amount of carbs and I hardly eat any saturated fats but Im not really noticing a difference. I may not be eating the right amounts? I read about the GDA’s and kept a food diary and calculated that I was eating less on all but somethings not right because I don’t think my belly has gone down at all? (I haven’t weighed myself)
I think it would be easier if I was working from a planned daily eating programme (remembering that I train too), Can anyone help me out with one or point me in the right direction to find one online or something?

mypyramid.gov find out what you should eat and just aim lower and then they have a program where you can plan meals for a week with exact food everything down to condiments…its simple you type in a food and pick from all the options tell them how much you want then add it to you week long meal guide! you will be on your way to a healthier and wight loosing diet! hope this works
