what clinics offers free health care to low income/no income people in SAN DIEGO,CA?
I am looking for a medical clinic that can treat a respiratory problem for someone that has no job and no insurrance.
You’ll need to apply for CMS (County Medical Services) through the SD County HHSA (Health and Human Services Agency).
You can generally do that at any of the Community Health or Family Service Centers in the county, they have CMS reps in the clinics and centers. They have free and sliding scale programs and if approved they can give referrals to local hospitals and physicians.
