Democrats and Republicans, who is worse in terms of spending?

Please give me specific figures for these topics.

The Democrats want socialized health care (which I personally think isn’t a bad idea). I’m all for capitalism and industry, but greed should be removed from the equation when dealing with people’s well being.

The Republicans want to continue this war (which i personally think is a bad idea).

So, my question is:

Ethics aside, which is the bigger expense? The Democrats’ health care programs or the Republicans’ war?

if greed should be removed from the equation of dealing with peoples well being why do you want to put politicians in charge of it? do you think they arent greedy? they are and they will just use government power to enforce their greed on others. then they will do whatever sounds good in order to get elected next term, whether it works or not. and they will do whatever gives them more power and money. at least private industry cant force its greed upon other people. if you want health care to be more responsive to the consumer you need to get government out of it. then what works will be rewarded with more money and what doesnt work will go out of business. when medicare was introduced in 1965 it was marketed as a way for old people to better afford medicine. but by reducing the patients out of pocket costs, it increased demands for hospitals and doctors. and at the same time decreased the supply of doctors being that they had to spend their time dealing with handling government required paperwork and complying with regulations as well as looking for ways to get around these things. so the price of medical care rose sharply and has been doing so ever since. politicians expected medicate to cost 3 billion dollars in 1990- after adjusting for inflation that would 12 billion. but the actual cost in 1990 was 98 billion- 8 times as much as projected. and there are still people who cant afford medicine, and it gets more expensive every day, both in the pockets of consumers and in government expenditure.

both republicans and democrats spend way to much and try to get the government involved in every aspect of our lives, which makes it more expensive, less efficient and less responsive to the customer. if you want a candidate who is good on spending we need to elect a libertarian.
