Would wearing neodymium magnets improve your health?

So I know that people have these magnetic bracelets that are supposed to improve your health (ie. sleep better, no head aches, etc), but would the same thing happen if your wore a bracelet of neodymium magnets?

Although I have had no personal experience using the magnetic bracelets, I have had great success using 10,000 gauss magnets

Anytime I have pain in my back, neck, shoulders, knee or hurt from say walking at a fair for a long time, I use the magnets. Later when I needed an occasional wheelchair due to my 25 car wrecks and the resulting pain and disc herniations, and my brother pushed me all day at the fair, his hands started hurting. I got him some magnetic gloves and he said they really helped a lot reducing or eliminating pain during these long exclusions that latest up to 16 hours of pushing the wheelchair. Plus my wheels were messed up making the chair harder to push. I was glad we tried the magnetic gloves. He had no opinions one way or the other on them, so I don’t think it was placebo.

I always have pain reduction using these mini magnets. Many times the pain is gone within hours or less.

Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend the magnets linked above (if buying stick them with a different waterproof tape as the one in the package falls off causing you to lose the magnets..although I have bought various magnet tapes, I find regular waterproof tape sold at say Walmart’s stays on for day). Looking around you may find them cheaper than the site I linked above to show what they look like.

As far as the bracelets, there apparently is controversial on if they have benefits or not.

I suggest looking at some of these sites to make your decisions.

My own research on magnets in general has led me to believe that the further away they are from the skin and the less gauss, the shallower they penetrate and create magnetic fields. I would think due to this the bracelets would only be of help if one had wrist pain, but I have not really research bracelets and maybe wrong.

Maybe getting something like the right magnetic mattress pad would be of more all over the body help or that is what I heard. It may be expensive though and be sure the magnets aren’t too lightweight in strength.

Studies have found magnets help about 85% of the people they studied. They did not help my mother who was a complete skeptic, so with something like this is is kind of as try it and see what happens.
