hello people,
can anyone plz tell me abt some of the health benefits of lemon grass tea., i jst came across a pck of it in the market few days ago and bought it, the label also said, its good for weight loss, so wat are the facts huh? any experiences??
Lemon grass is good for your digestive system. It is anti-bacterial and anti fungal. Its also a diuretic, which makes you pee a lot. I’m guessing thats where the weight loss comes in, which isn’t really honest. Although drinking it may cub your appetite by making you feel full. Overall, it’s good for you, but its not going to magically melt away kilos.
