I love fruits and veggies but it seems some of the fruits I usually buy are going out of season.
What are the best fruits and veggies to buy currently? Know of any health benefits these fruits have? Can you recommend any fruit or veggies you like that maybe I have not tried?
I eat a lot of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, celery, brocolli, carrots, plumbs, strawberries…
What other things do you like that I should try? What fruits are in season right now? It seems I am currently seeing less and less black, blue and raspberries.
I live in NE Florida.
Papaya (get the sweet Jamaican )
Mango
Pineapple
Kiwi
Also try the mango and pineapple with salt and pepper for a change

good for the boold, blueberrry has a lot of antioxidants
corn – complex carb not really good for anything but high in fiber
carrots,cantalope- works just like any other K vitamin rich fruit or veggie good for the eyes and brain
cherry – grate source of vitammin C
dates – high in iorn and calsium good for your blood and brain
eggplant- has enzimes that helps the brain nurons gives great thinking power
or elderberry. grate source of antioxidents ( prevents cancer)

green beans – protien rich good for the whole body and high in fiber
grapes – lots of anti oxidents, calsium and folic acid good for your eyes, brain and entier digestive system
huckle berry – rich in antioxidents and vitamin c
iceburg lettuce – no nutritional value just a lot of water and a great filler
jicama.- rich in vitamin C
kiwifruit or kumquat. – rich in Vitamin C and anti oxidents great for the whole body specially sikin
lime or lemon _ Rich in Vitamin C good for your immune system and also great souce of folic acid
