Health And Wellness Test Questions
Your opinion – what am I missing?
I have a botanically based skin care, health and wellness company. Our products are absolutely amazing. I have a ton of knowledge.
Lately, I’ve been answering a lot of questions and have driven a lot of people to my website. Evidently, I’m missing something because no one is purchasing anything.
Please take a look and let me know what you think.
No need to answer about the products being expensive because you pay for what you get. All of our products are botanically based, ph correct, dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, never tested on animals, contains no animal products or by-products, and contains no minearl oil. Every ingredient in every product is pure safe and beneficial. Also our products are extremely concentrated so it only takes a little bit.
I’m just more so concerned about the content on the page.
Thank you for any suggestions.
Take care and God bless!

Hello Monica
One question that springs to mind when visiting your site is about where you’re based. When you eventually find the Terms and Conditions, they’re generalist ones for Arbonne. If I’m buying from Monica and Eric, that’s who my contract is with. How do I contact you? A potential buyer wants to know whether they’re buying from the States, the UK or somewhere else and how they can contact the supplier if there’s a problem.
I also found that the shop and specials pages were slow to load.
I have to agree with the comments of others that there’s not enough compulsion on the home page to make me want to go further. Every vendor of skincare products will tell you they’re hypoallergenic, not tested on animals etc. A potential buyer needs to know what sets your products apart from all the others.
Are they particularly beneficial for any skin conditions? Do they help with anti-aging? If they win over any other product for those with very sensitive skin, say so. Lead your potential buyers in. When they see how the products will make them look younger, more glamourous, less spotty, they’ll want to know more and possibly move towards buying. You say that the products are very concentrated so you only need to use a little bit. Draw that out on your home page. Tell visitors how much longer the products last.
Once your potential buyers are sold on the real benefits of the products and have confidence in where the supplier is and how they can contact them, the price is of much less relevance. Price is never an issue until the vendor makes it an issue. Price can be an excuse on the part of the buyer for underlying reasons.
Good luck!
