Does the UK allow network marketing companies?

I have a personal business in the health and wellness industry that is making women in Canada and the US very wealthy. We are expanding globally sometime this year, and I am interested in finding out which English speaking countries we are coming to before it is announced. Any feed back would be appreciated.

if you mean a pyramid type scheme, then in general yes but thereis talk of them being outlawed if my tired brain is correct.

pyramid = a sceme where each person in needs to recruit so many more people in to the scheme to make any money.

however if your company is legit and you are not recruiting people to recruit yet more people you should have no problems.

have you considered marketing online?
a website can be very simple to set up.
all you need is a computer, the right software (available for free to add to any existing xp based system for example), you need to plan what you want to do carefully do a basic rough sketch on paper of how you want a web page to look. in the current market, if you have not got a website then the chances of doing any business here in the uk are slim to none.
you would also need to register your company at companies house i think.

good luck. and providing your business is like a normal etail or retail business then as far as i can see you should have no problems, however i’m not an expert on the subject.
