Pre bonded micro rings hair extensions?

I have quite thick light blonde shoulder length hair. I usually use clip-in hair extensions to make my hair longer but they are getting on my nerves lol i want a more permanent method
I hate going to the hair dressers. I always do my own hair. Did some research online and found “micro rings hair extensions”. Could anyone please tell me how long these last for and what will i need to buy in order to do them myself.
I have found a seller on ebay who are advertising “pre bonded mico rings hair extensions” but i am not sure if there will be enough for my hair as it is quite thick.
If you could take a look at the link i have posted and tell me whether it’s worth buying 2 lots or more of these?
