Help with 9th grade drug use project?

i am doing a project for health about drug use.
can someone help me with “fun” facts or things people dont know about drugs/drug use?
what city/state has/sells the most and which city/state has the least?
what age/gender/ethnicity buys the most?
i dont want my project to be boring so any thing that will make it more interesting.

I don’t have any fun facts to give you but here’s a thought.
Create a survey for your class to take (anonymous of course), perhaps your teacher will be willing to assist. The survey would consist of drug related questions such as:
Have you every used drugs? Where did you get them? Do you know anyone who does drug?
What types of drugs? etc.
You could extend this survey to all 9th grade health classes. (I know sounds like a lot of work for a simple project but remember you didn’t want it to be boring). Otherwise spend some time surfing the internet, pick a town, city, state you want to visit and do some research – arrest websites, visit the police station.
Make it fun for you and even if the project contains lots of facts, including information about a visit to a police station, or providing some statics about your peers make be cool to your class.
