How can I maintain my fitness while on vacation?
Ok hi. I’m a 15 year old guy and I’m on vacation for 3 weeks. I am physically fit but since I’m on vacation I just don’t want to fall out of shape or gain any wait. I am a normal competitive swimmer and I also work out on the treadmill daily. I’d just like to know what are some good exercises that’ll keep me in shape even if I don’t have access to.
any of those things. I’m in a high elevation so I know working out burns twice as many calories. Because I ran up a huge flight of stairs
and afterwards my heart was beating so fast. So thanks in advance;
and how long should or can a guy like me go without exercising and
falling out of shape? Also in the next two weeks I’ll have access to a health or fitness club. So I was wondering if I should take advantage of that?
yes, i think you should take advantage of the fitness club but not on excess, i mean, it’s vacation, you’re supposed to enjoy it. i’m really skinny even though i eat a lot and i barely exercise but everyone’s body is different. just make sure you eat healthy and have fun so you don’t feel pressure during vacation. family games usually work (running with someone, playing a sport that doesn’t require a great amount of equipment, etc.)
