weight gain/loss during pregnancy?

I am pregnant again after giving birth 5 months ago and am yet to loose all the weight i gained. Any tips from other mums with such a close gap or tips from dietatians, health experts? I want to be healthy for my bub to come but am concerned on becoming massive

I got pregnant with my second 8 months after having my first and still had about 20 pounds to loose. I started doing a prenatal water aerobics class at my local fitness center and it really helped me keep me wight under control. Another thing I did was walking. I would put my son in the stroller a just go for walks around the neighborhood or at the mall. About two weeks after my second child was born I was back down to my original size before both children. Friends of mine have also used prenatal workout DVDs and they really seemed to like them.
