Chase Health Advance Payment
Dispute with Chase Health Advance?
I need serious answers please, and not answers that I should have known better becasue I know. I recently went to the dentist and they said I need a lot of dental work done. So they asked me to sign up with Chase Health Advance, which I thought was like a credit card. They put the charges your have rendered on this account and then you pay as you go. But it is not like that at all. They sent me a bill for $5200.00. Right now my husband is laid off work, so we really can’t afford this payment every month. Chase already deposited the money in the dentist, and I called the dentist and they won’t write a check back to them, until they get a dispute notice from Chase. I have filled one out, but do I have a case here or not? What if I tell my dentist I don’t want to dentist with you anymore? I have not used all that money, only $1000.00 of it. Any suggestions or answers, because I am really worried!
You may have a very good case. Did the dentist provide you with a full disclosure statement. Check your paperwork you signed.
