Does Chase Health Advanced charge a fee when I make a payment online?
because i make a payment and then 8 days later it says “billed Int Charge $35.90″ 
im paying my eye surgery X_X
Looks like they do. Most companies charge for “phone” payments, but I wasn’t aware any had started charging for Internet payments. Some charge for “emergency” payments, where the payment is due TODAY and you need it covered immediately, i.e. even before it comes out of your bank account. Companies set their own rules concerning what they charge for, so I guess Chase is charging.
