a question about routine infant circumcision.?

Could someone please tell me the difference between circumcising a baby boy so he doesnt get Phismosis or penile cancer and
1.removing a child’s tonsils so he doesn’t get tonsillitis.
2.removing a child’s appendix so they dont get appendicitis.
3.getting a girls breast removed so she doesnt get breast cancer.

Aren’t the above listed items the same as routine circumcision? People say to get it done because it can stop health issues (even though the vast majority of intact men never have a problem) but a burst appendix can kill someone. Would like to hear from both sides of the fence and if someone can give an argument against this comment. (intact guys being dirty isn’t an argument either as we wash just as often as circumcised men)
in response to cheryl, the foreskin is a healthy piece of tissue that too many parents have removed from baby boys. Why not treat it if/when a male has a problem with it.

Yes, you are so right. We have an appendix that isn’t needed or important, so we’re not going to remove it just because it can cause appendicitis. Same thing with circumcision, why would people remove it, same thing.

Women don’t remove their uterus, or cervix because it can cause cancer/infections. So this is why I would never on earth do that to a future son of mine.
